Since its founding in 2002, the Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Coalition has provided quality education programs for real estate professionals, concerned citizens, law enforcement, and regulators about mortgage fraud schemes and prosecutions. Our quarterly  educational programs and annual conference help fulfill GREFPAC's goals to increase aware of and to prevent mortgage fraud. The conference speakers promise a day of lively discussion and current prevalent schemes.
As a Coalition of Stakeholders in the mortgage lending process, GREFPAC's greatest strength lies in its ability to bring together people from every profession involved in real estate sales and finance, citizens from impacted communities, government officials, law enforcement, and prosecutors. It is only by building bridges among these diverse groups that we can establish the level of communication, understanding, and coopreration necessary to fight a probelm as complex and challenging as mortgage fraud.

TIME: The Conference will be a full one day beginning at 7:30am with registration and continental breakfast followed by the general session, targeted breakouts, luncheon and afternoon session. The day will conclude at 4:30pm.

SPONSOR EXHIBITOR TABLES: Each sponsor receives a 6' exhibitor table which will be available for display during the Conference.
Additional personnel to work at the table are $75 each. Pricing does include meals.
