The GREFPAC Annual Conference speakers address mortgage fraud for an advanced and sophisticated audience comprised of mortgage lenders, brokers, banks, attorneys, CPAs, realtors and appraisers, as well as state and federal regulators and the GSEs, among others. Usual attendance is 125 attendees. Sales pitches from companies, organizations or individuals are not allowed.

Generally topics are coverd in one hour time and must be eligible for continuing education. There is a particular need for professionalism and ethics topics eligible for 1 hour CE credit for Georgia attorneys.

The preference is that the speaker or someone from the company/organization be a member of GREFPAC. Dues to support GREFPAC are $50 annually and membership is individual.

A summary of the company or organization in addition to the program topic and speaker bio is helpful. Selected speakers are also requested to provide a headshot photo.
